FormFill Overview

FormFill is one of our best-selling additions to our range of electrical software. FormFill was developed to print and fill in a custom range of inspection and test certificates in accordance with BS7671: 1992 Amendment No 3, 2000 (AMD 10983).  Pioneering the fill out certificates on-screen interface, FormFill is one of the most advanced and established pieces in the Castline software collection.

• level P - FormFill Level P was developed to coincide with the NICEIC's implementation of Part P. FormFill Level P is aimed solely at electrical contractors undertaking domestic work who are registered with a Competent person or Domestic Installer Scheme.

• level 1 - Will save all details to a comprehensive customer database and will print on to the NICEIC 16^th edition computer friendly forms.

• level 2 - Will print a range of custom inspection and test certificates in accordance with BS7671:1992 Amendment No 2000 (AMD 10983).

• level 3 - Includes Level 2, but will also download test data (see below for more details), and merge databases. Also includes Digital Signatures, Export to PDF Facility and includes the FormFill PDA Plug-in

• FormFill PDA - FormFill PDA is software designed to run on a range of handheld devices and allows you to fill out test results and other desirable information on a highly portable Personal Digital Assistant (PDA for short) whilst on site.

• FormFill PDA Plug-in - The PDA Plug-in is designed to work with any level of FormFill and will enable data collected on-site (using FormFill PDA) to be integrated in to FormFill.

• Data Downloading from Test Instruments - FormFill Level 3 is now equipped to read data from a range of Fluke, Megger and AlphaTek test instruments

The main feature of FormFill is that you can view the actual certificate on the screen and enter the data directly into the certificate rather than into a separate database text entry screen.
