FormFill - Level 3

FormFill Level 3 includes levels 1 and 2, the FormFill PDA Plug-in, and also give you the use of the following features:

Level 3 will merge databases. This means that you can now keep one master database with all of your company's inspection and testing information. Data created on site and saved on a laptop can be merged with data on your main computer back in the office either by transferring by disk, network or E-Mail.

Digital Signatures and Export to PDF facility

With FormFill Level 3 you can now 'scan in' multiple signatures which can then be printed on to custom forms or new to Level 3; 'Export to PDF' as a as part of a paperless solution.

Includes FormFill PDA and the FormFill PDA Plug-in

FormFill PDA is designed to run on a Handheld device. Enabling you to fill out test results and other desirable information on a highly portable Personal Digital Assistant whilst on site. This information is then easily downloaded to a certificate within FormFill level 3, saving your time by only having to record information once.

Please note: The FormFill PDA Plug-in contains only the software program to run on your PDA. PDA's are available from your local computer store, we do not supply any hardware devices.

Test Instrument Support

Fluke Half View Inspection and testing is becoming a major part of the electrical contractors workload and anything to make this job easier is very welcome. Ever since the onset of computer form filling we have continually Smartec been asked "when can I out on site and save my test data in a downloading instrument and return to the office and transfer the data directly onto an NICEIC schedule?" Well now you can.

Level 3 includes Data Downloading which will allow you to download test data from your test instrument straight in to FormFill Level 3. Level 3 will accept data from a range of test instruments including Fluke, Megger and Alphatek.
