FormFill Level 2 - Inspection, Testing & Certification:
FormFill level 2 has been developed to fill in and print a custom range of inspection and test certificates in accordance with BS7671:2008 amended July 2011.
With FormFill you can view the actual certificate on the screen and enter the data directly into the certificate rather than into a separate database text entry screen.
FormFill level 2 will save all details to a customer database, a comprehensive quick entry selections allow you to quickly select most of the repetitive data that appears on the certificates.
FormFill Version 10 includes the new Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) which replaces the existing Periodic Inspection Report. Two versions are included, a shortened version suitable for domestic and other installations with up to a 100A supply and the full report suitable for use with any size installation. All the usual continuation sheets for the circuit schedules, observations and comments sheets, including the facility to add digital photographs, are supported.

Digital Signatures and Export to PDF facility
With FormFill Level 2 you can import your own scanned in signatures
or 'draw' your signature with a mouse or stylus. These
signatures are then digitally stored within the program and can be used in any signature box which can then be printed
with the forms or exported to PDF as a as part of a paperless solution.
