FormFill Overview

FormFill was developed to print and fill in a custom range of inspection and test certificates in accordance with BS7671: 2008 Amended to 2011. Pioneering the fill out certificates on-screen interface, FormFill is one of the most advanced and established pieces in the Castline software collection.

The main feature of FormFill is that you can view the actual certificate on the screen and enter the data directly into the certificate rather than into a separate database text entry screen and is available in the following versions:

• level P - 2 Certificates - Free domestic version. Prints BS Standard Domestic Electrical Installation certificates and Minor Electrical Installation Works Certificates to plain paper and PDF.

• level 2 - 5 Certificates - Will print a range of BS standard inspection and test certificates to plain paper or PDF. Includes the new Electrical Installation Condition Report.

• level 3 - 14 Certificates - Includes the full range of Fire Alarm & Emergency Lighting Certificates in addition to the certificates completed by Level 2, Downloads test data from supported instruments (see below for more details) and will include the FormFill Portable software when released. Will also import projects from CableCalc BS7671 Level 2 and higher directly onto test sheets.

• level 4 - 24 Certificates - Includes all the features of level 3 and also completes a full range of specialised certificates and reports including: Petrol Filling Stations, Highways, Transportable Buildings, Modular Dwellings and Leisure Accomdation Vehicles.

• FormFill Portable - FormFill Portable is software designed to run on a range of handheld devices and allows you to fill out test results and other desirable information on a highly portable PDA, Smartphone or Tablet whilst on site.FormFill Portable is currently under development for Android based devices and will be Included in Levels 3 & 4 when it is released (due early 2012).

• Data Downloading from Test Instruments - FormFill Levels 3 & 4 are now equipped to read data from a range of , , and test instruments
