HeatCalc

HeatCalc produces heat loss calculations for the design of heating systems, using the methods described in CIBSE Guide A3 ‘Thermal Properties of Building Structures’.

HeatCalc performs calculations based on continuous heating with ‘U’ values supplied for outside walls, windows, floors and ceilings.

Features include:-

• Outside temperature variable between -20°C and +20°C
• Room temperatures as specified by CIBSE
• Calculation results in either Btu’s or Watts
• Individual room reports
• Complete project reports
• Allowance for intermittent boiler firing

HeatCalc may be used by both electrical engineers and heating engineers.
