Software Upgrade, Maintenance and Support Scheme

Our programs are constantly being updated either to include additional facilities, fix bugs, simplify confusing areas or simply to accommodate regulation changes or new inspection certificates or new operating systems.

All of our programs may be updated from our Internet site at any time of the day or night, allowing you to update to the latest minor version (e.g. version 2.1.3 to version 2.2.6 ). This facility will not however allow updates across major versions (e.g. version 2.1.3 to version 3.1.1 ), and only applies to customers who are on any license scheme or customers who have brought the program within the last 3 months. With our upgrade and maintenance scheme you receive:

• Full telephone support from our help desk (9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday).
• Quarterly updates on CD-ROM for all of your Castline Systems software.
• Internet updates.
